How long will it take to receive my order?
We will try to deliver your order three weeks from the date you approve the artwork or sooner, if possible.
What is the minimum order?
For most labels we do not have a minimum order but the more you order the cheaper the labels become. However, for labels for already frozen tubes there is usually a minimum order of 5000 labels.
Is there a tooling charge?
We do not normally charge for tooling but if that is not the case we will let you know. For labels for already frozen tubes there will be a tooling charge on the first order.
What format will the labels be supplied in?
The labels will be supplied in the format suitable for your printers. We can supply labels on a roll or in sheet form. This may also be dependent upon how you wish to distribute your labels throughout your organisation. We can discuss the possibilities when you make your enquiry.
